DELIVERIES:-

Standard or Express delivery dates are not guaranteed unless next day is selected 

Standard Working Days: £3.99 not guaranteed delivery date,  but 98%  arrives within 5 working days. 
Express 2-3 Working Days £4.69 not guaranteed only estimate 
Next Day (must be placed before 2pm the day before on a weekday): £6.99
Sat Delivery (must be placed before 2pm): £7.50
International: £16.99 - PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FO ANY IRISH/EUROPEAN CUSTOMS TAX. THAT IS CHARGED AT CUSTOMS WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY

Free Shipping if spend is over £65*  (if 'part' of your order is returned and spend falls below £65 the original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund)

*If only part of your order is returned and you have kept 1 or more items, outward postage is non-refundable


* Please note, if ordering from outside the UK there may be unforeseen delays due to customs hold and/or transit issues which are out of our control. Please be patient with us as we will do all that we can to get your order to you as quick as possible, Please also note you may be liable to Customs Tax from your Country which is not the responsibility of Belle Emporium Fashion Ltd.

*DESPATCHES DO NOT TAKE PLACE ON A BANK HOLIDAY OR WEEKENDS, SO ANY NEXT DAY ORDERS WILL BE DESPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER THE WEEKEND/BANK HOLIDAY. GOOD FRIDAY ORDERS WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY. ORDERS PLACED IN THE EVENING AFTER 3PM WILL BE COUNTED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY.


Returning your item:-
You have the right to cancel & return your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel/return you must tell us in writing via our email at help@belle-emporium.com  within 14 days of receiving your order

Please then  complete the returns form in your parcel & return within 14  days. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund, your bank may take an extra 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account 


Take Care:- Please take extra care when trying your items on.

Goods returned must be undamaged & in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Free from makeup, odour, & perfume. If goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition we have the right to refuse your refund and send the item back at your cost

If you received Free Shipping on your order and subsequently returns part of your order the original shipping cost will be deducted


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We ask for 14 working days to process your return once your parcel has been received into our warehouse; however we always try to issue refunds as quickly as possible within 7 -10 days. Once everything has been processed we will send you an email containing all of the details of your refund. If you have any questions about your refund, just let our team know by sending us an email at: customercare@belle-emporium.co.uk 

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Sadly we don’t offer exchanges right now as due to fast moving stock we simply can’t guarantee that your size will be available. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Please email us customercare@belle-emporium.co.uk as soon as possible and they will look into resolving this matter, under the customer rights act you have 30 days to report any faults,  we will email you a PRE-PAID returns label to send the item back Free of Charge.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT!
Please contact us at help@belle-emporium.com and they will look into this urgently!

Postage Costs
We do not provide Free Returns, unless you have been sent the incorrect item, or the item is proved faulty, this must be reported on day of receipt of the item.  We email you a pre-paid returns label, free of charge, if you chose to use your own return method, we are not liable to refund your method of return

Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 or 48 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option (5 days). If you order Muliple Items, and only return part of your order, you will not be refunded any shipping costs
